- Human Resources Generalist SUMMARY: Aeroseal is looking for a Human Resources Generalist that will assist us in our mission by being a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who supports the daily operations of the HR department. This role focuses on leave administration, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, compliance, employee relations, and general HR support across the organization.
- RESPONSIBILITIES: Time entry, reporting and tracking leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, personal leaves) in compliance with company policy and legal requirements. Workers’ compensation claims. Unemployment claims. Compliance requirements for field operations employees, including safety & insurance needs. Employee data changes & HR data entry. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws. Onboarding support. HR data reporting and HR data analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in leave administration and compliance. Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Experience handling workers’ compensation and unemployment claims. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
