Manager

• Serve as Contract Manager under the general direction of the ROW Advisor and Deputy Director of Third Parties
• Develop project requirements, scope, budgets, schedules, and contract terms
• Provide contract oversight, ensure adequate staffing, and advise on right-of-way issues
• Support timely delivery of right-of-way activities
• Assess project needs, evaluate skill and experience requirements, staffing levels, staffing locations, coordination required and processes
• Assign staffing as appropriate both in project office and home office locations
• Monitor schedules, and right-of-way activities necessary for timely delivery of property rights
• Advise survey staff on high-level focused assignments, analyze situations, and interpret legal issues regarding real property
• Oversee preparation of project status reports, including schedules, cost estimates, invoicing, additional services, scopes and work plans
