Supports the operations of the Process Improvement and Business Support team by acting as an intermediary between Revenue Cycle teams and support teams
Collaborates with teams across end to end Revenue Cycle functional areas to help translate Revenue Cycle operational and business requirements to system technical requirements
Provides ongoing SME support to guide complex technology initiatives for software applications utilized by Revenue Cycle functional area departments
Assists with implementation and testing of Revenue Cycle applications
Identifies opportunities and provides actionable recommendations for process improvement in support of strategic initiatives
Conducts or leads periodic system issue reviews and works with department leadership and IT to implement changes needed
Requirements
Bachelors or 3+ years experience
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field
