About the role
- Manage payout calculations for assigned commissioned roles.
- Support calculations for additional roles as required.
- Learn and understand the most common reasons for commission disputes and exceptions.
- Independently resolve common dispute ticket types with professionalism and accuracy.
- Assist with the migration to a new compensation tool, including parallel testing, documentation gathering, and other implementation activities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in commissions, sales operations, or sales strategy.
- Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, logical formulas).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
