About the role
- Lead project teams in the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize project impacts.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with project management processes and quality standards.
- Coach and mentor junior project managers and team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by recommending process enhancements and best practices.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with their needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for effective problem resolution.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and organization.
- Experience in client-facing roles, ensuring customer satisfaction and project alignment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
