About the role
- Translating a global functional business strategy into actual P&C initiatives enabling the business to meet and reach their goals.
- Manage development, performance and optimization of the organisation together with key stakeholders.
- Handle the annual People & Culture cycle activities.
- Build bench strength by ensuring line of successors for critical positions.
- Advise the business leaders on strategic and operational organisational design.
- Coach executives on their people and business leadership to help them develop their leadership capabilities.
Requirements
- A relevant business or HR education at master’s degree level is required.
- A solid HR toolbox and experience in strategic HR advisory.
- Experience working independently with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and drive change management efforts and process implementation aligned with business targets.
- Experience with enabling talent and succession management.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
