About the role

  • Translating a global functional business strategy into actual P&C initiatives enabling the business to meet and reach their goals.
  • Manage development, performance and optimization of the organisation together with key stakeholders.
  • Handle the annual People & Culture cycle activities.
  • Build bench strength by ensuring line of successors for critical positions.
  • Advise the business leaders on strategic and operational organisational design.
  • Coach executives on their people and business leadership to help them develop their leadership capabilities.

Requirements

  • A relevant business or HR education at master’s degree level is required.
  • A solid HR toolbox and experience in strategic HR advisory.
  • Experience working independently with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and drive change management efforts and process implementation aligned with business targets.
  • Experience with enabling talent and succession management.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written).
