About the role

  • Drive revenue for Substance 3D from both existing customers and new business
  • Develop and complete the sales strategy and engage in key opportunities by providing product and industries expertise
  • Build strong and positive relationships with both the customers as well as Adobe's internal business units to drive qualified pipelines (FFS, Genstudio, Foundry, SPP)
  • Submit accurate forecasts to senior management and assist in business planning and sales play development
  • Make sure that the Substance North American team is well enabled and has access to the latest decks and customer facing supports to work
  • Improve the corporate reputation and visibility in the region through promotion of Substance 3D products and technical expertise.

Requirements

  • 5+ years track record of IT sales experience (preferably in selling 3D software)
  • Skilled solution seller with proven ability to identify, cultivate and close deals in new markets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to maintain a high level of productivity and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environment
  • Ability to learn new knowledge quickly
  • Highly motivated and proactive
  • Market research and industry consultancy experience are preferred
  • Being proficient in English is a plus.
