About the role
- Lead and develop a team of ELR professionals, fostering accountability and growth
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, enabling sound, business-aligned decisions
- Provide guidance and oversight on complex ELR issues, including performance and investigations
- Advise leaders on workforce changes and communication strategies
- Collaborate with ELR teams, HRBPs, Legal, and Centers of Excellence
Requirements
- 8+ years of Employee Relations or HR experience; strong leadership experience preferred
- Ability to lead through ambiguity with empathy, good judgment, and influence
- Strong business insight and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Knowledge of employment regulations and global ELR practices
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degrees or HR certifications are a plus.
