About the role

  • Lead and support cross-functional sales transformation programs, ensuring alignment to defined business priorities, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Partner with senior leaders and teams across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and technology to translate strategic objectives into clear program plans, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Help drive change by bringing clarity to ambiguous problems, aligning stakeholders, and supporting adoption of new processes, operating models, and tools.
  • Apply an agile, outcomes-driven approach to program planning and execution, adjusting plans as priorities and business needs evolve.
  • Support program governance by maintaining frameworks, cadences, and reporting mechanisms that promote accountability, transparency, and progress tracking.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making by identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, and escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans that balance structure with flexibility.
  • Proactively identify risks and interdependencies; contribute to mitigation and contingency planning in partnership with program stakeholders.
  • Track and report on program performance using KPIs and qualitative insights to inform leadership and drive continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence within the Sales Transformation Office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience, including experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex programs in matrixed organizations.
  • Strong grounding in program management principles, with experience applying governance, planning, and execution best practices.
  • Ability to balance structure with adaptability in fast-changing environments.
  • Working knowledge of sales processes, go-to-market motions, and supporting technologies (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms).
  • Experience supporting change management initiatives, process improvements, or operating model evolution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience working in agile, iterative, or lean delivery environments.
  • Bonus: Experience in SaaS environments, sales transformation initiatives, or prior consulting exposure.
