Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering, AI/ML, or technical consulting experience
- 3+ years in people management or technical team leadership
- Direct experience with modern AI technologies, including LLMs and diffusion models
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Firefly APIs and Creative Cloud SDKs
- Expertise in cloud deployments (AWS, Azure), CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Track record of engaging directly with enterprise customers
- Ability to cultivate a high-performance, customer-obsessed culture
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
