Requirements

10+ years in digital commerce, content management, or consulting.
3+ years with Adobe Commerce and AEM.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading distributed teams.
Track record of success as Consultant, Product Owner/Manager, or Solutions Architect.
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, APIs, SaaS, Cloud Services.
Proficient in HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
Skilled in business and technical requirement analysis.
Collaborative experience with marketing, technology, and operations.
AEM or Adobe Commerce certifications are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
