About the role

  • Provide direction, support, and recommendations for the resolution of critical and impactful employee relations activities
  • Provide consultation and mentoring to Americas Region based managers and employees
  • Build strong partnerships and work closely with all levels of management
  • Lead internal investigations in compliance and employee related matters
  • Partner with managers on complex performance matters
  • Contribute to regional projects and initiatives that support and advance strategic business priorities
  • Develop content and lead critical training for managers on employee relations topics

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven experience working in an Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partner role
  • Proven ability to conduct workplace investigations
  • Demonstrate effective influencing skills
  • Solid understanding and capability to communicate about Federal, State and Local regulations
  • Bachelor’s required. JD or Masters preferred.
  • Employment Law background, AWI Workplace Investigator Certification, or Human Resources certification a plus.
