About the role
- Provide direction, support, and recommendations for the resolution of critical and impactful employee relations activities
- Provide consultation and mentoring to Americas Region based managers and employees
- Build strong partnerships and work closely with all levels of management
- Lead internal investigations in compliance and employee related matters
- Partner with managers on complex performance matters
- Contribute to regional projects and initiatives that support and advance strategic business priorities
- Develop content and lead critical training for managers on employee relations topics
Requirements
- 8+ years of proven experience working in an Employee Relations and/or HR Business Partner role
- Proven ability to conduct workplace investigations
- Demonstrate effective influencing skills
- Solid understanding and capability to communicate about Federal, State and Local regulations
- Bachelor’s required. JD or Masters preferred.
- Employment Law background, AWI Workplace Investigator Certification, or Human Resources certification a plus.
