About the role
- Report to the Senior Director of the Adobe Global Partner Legal team
- Structure, draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of agreements
- Evaluate and implement continuous improvements for legal processes
- Cultivate knowledge in Digital Media solutions
- Build positive relationships and advise management on legal issues
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Membership in good standing of at least one state bar
- 10-12+ years of relevant legal experience
- Experience with complex technology agreements
- Proven drafting skills
- Experience leading complex deal negotiations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to high-quality legal advice
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Flexibility to work across time zones
- Strong self-awareness and teamwork skills
