ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Plan with resource teams, develop and implement strategic sales plans, build relationships, generate leads, qualify opportunities, manage CRM data, develop SMART plans, and leverage AM tech from concept to production.
Requirements: ITAR compliance, U.S. citizen status, manufacturing process knowledge, technical proficiency, exceptional customer engagement, public presentation experience.
QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years in BD/AM/Account Management selling large programmatic deals; experience in precision machining/injection molding/additive manufacturing preferred; strong communication; proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools;

Requirements
5+ years of experience in Business Development and/or Account Management selling large programmatic deals
Prior experience in precision machining/injection molding/additive manufacturing preferred
Exceptional Customer Engagement and communication skills
Technical proficiency: ability to read technical drawings and interpret manufacturing requirements
Knowledge of and prior use of CRM or other sales-related tools
ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen status
Bachelor's degree in related field; eligible to work in United States
Ability to obtain a security clearance, active clearance preferred
Experience selling into Aerospace/Defense and/or Medical industries
