Operations

• Full ownership of our direct and exchange programmatic systems
• Hands-on configuration, management, and troubleshooting of exchange integrations, deal ID setup, creative specs, and pacing
• Own the technical relationship with DSP and SSP partners
• Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to surface delivery issues and support campaign execution
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on how the programmatic stack works and how to keep it running
• Full ownership of digital uptime across our billboard network in all active markets
• Day-to-day health monitoring, incident response, and resolution workflows for digital display outages
• Own and administer digital inventory booking and contract management platforms
• Manage content management and media player software vendors, holding them accountable to roadmap commitments and SLAs
• Act as the primary liaison between digital ops, IT, and sales on issues affecting digital inventory availability and delivery
• Drive resolution of booking conflicts, overbooking diagnostics, and play count discrepancies
• Coordinate with the data team on play count pipeline integrity, alerting, and reporting accuracy
• Manage project tracking and team workflows, keeping workstreams organized across markets and stakeholders

Digital Operations Manager

IT Support

• Respond to user requests for help via ticketing systems, email, or phone; diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, including printers and scanners.
• Create and manage user profiles, passwords, and access permissions across platforms including Active Directory and Microsoft 365/Azure AD.
• Deploy, update, and troubleshoot common enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe, VPNs).
• Troubleshoot and resolve Wi-Fi, VPN, and local network connectivity issues, including support for Ubiquiti network infrastructure and related networking equipment.
• Accurately document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and ticket resolutions in Fresh Service.
• Identify and escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2/3 support teams, or specialized resources when necessary.

• Assist attorneys with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing
• Draft, review, and manage real estate documents such as leases, amendments, purchase agreements, and closing documents
• Coordinate closings, including preparing closing binders and tracking critical deadlines
• Order and review title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and environmental documents
• Maintain lease database and critical date tracking for renewals, options, and obligations
• Summarize lease terms and prepare abstracts
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., finance, operations) regarding lease obligations
• Conduct due diligence reviews for real estate transactions, including corporate documents, title, and regulatory compliance
• Identify and flag potential risks or issues for legal counsel review
• Assist with compliance tracking and reporting requirements
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records of real estate files
• Prepare and update corporate records related to property ownership entities
• Ensure proper document execution, notarization, and filing
• Collaborate with internal departments (finance, accounting, operations, HR, etc.) on real estate matters
• Assist with vendor coordination, including outside counsel, title companies, and brokers
• Support special projects and process improvements within the legal department
