• Data Architect III serves as an emerging subject matter expert
• Responsible for leading and monitoring the ability to meet scope, schedule and delivery requirements
• Owns overall data strategy and oversees data collection, organization, and storage for program(s)
• Identifies business components and translates requirements into functional BI portals and dashboards
• Responsible for data governance, eliminating gaps and improving data maturity
• Aligns data architecture and standardizes access patterns
• Oversees and aligns data organization, dictionary standardization, and glossary development with models
• Periodically travels to work with and present to clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Serves as a mentor for data analysts, scientists, and architects

Data Architect III

Manager

• Delivery Manager serves as an emerging subject matter expert, while serving as an individual contributor that exhibits a high level of trust, autonomy and empowerment.
• With minimal oversight from leadership, you will be responsible for leading and monitoring the ability to meet scope, schedule and delivery requirements and may support adjacent programs with the business unit.
• A Delivery Manager exhibits strong influential skills to represent the product management practice in planning sessions, advocating for the best solution, while communicating tradeoffs.
• You will serve as the primary lead and proactively communicate with stakeholders; while utilizing strong influential skills to drive improvements in product management processes and practices.
• Strong influential skills to garner consensus among stakeholders, leadership, programs, and practice teams
• Primarily supports a program/portfolio, but may support business unit initiatives in order to drive thought leadership among practice and delivery
• Serves as a mentor to individuals within the assigned business unit or Program, providing constructive feedback to support employee development and practice innovations.
• Presents to a wide variety of audiences, inclusive of internal and external stakeholders.
• Primarily focused on program/portfolio strategic initiatives, but may support tactical assignments.
• Exhibits strong communications skills in order to gain consensus, mitigate conflict, and serves as a stewardess of innovation or change.
• Responsible for defining the vision and strategy for products and identifying areas of growth for a program or portfolio of work.

• Product Manager I serves as an individual contributor within a team
• Focused on program tactical assignments in order to meet defined milestones
• Progressive engagement with agile methods to enable and support cross-functional workflows and the iterative delivery of products and features
• Works in conjunction with product leadership to devise the product roadmap, and other artifacts
• Translates user needs and business goals into well-defined user stories for design and implementation
• Supports a cross-functional team in the delivery of required deliverables and milestones
• Directly supports a product manager, or cross-functional product teams in order to meet delivery obligations
• Develops effective user stories and related artifacts (e.g. business analysis, process flows, diagrams)
• Enables cross-functional workflows and the iterative delivery of features and products
• Responsible for collecting quantitative product data
• Supports stakeholders by gathering product requirements and aligning requirements to business goals
• Measures and reports upon key performance indicators
• Participates in agile ceremonies, inclusive of daily standups, backlog grooming, spring planning and team retrospectives
