• This role ensures that engineering teams have the tools, processes, and environments they need to deploy code efficiently, maintain system uptime, and integrate new technologies such as AI/ML pipelines.
• By implementing Agile methodologies and leveraging tools like Jira and Confluence, the TPM will enable iterative, transparent, and collaborative delivery processes across platform and operations teams.
• The TPM will define roadmaps for platform services, CI/CD pipelines, automation, observability, and infrastructure improvements aligning technical capabilities with strategic business goals.
• By bridging engineering, security, and product stakeholders, they ensure the platform not only meets current operational needs but also scales for future growth, innovation, and emerging technologies.
