About the role
- Own the end-to-end FP&A product roadmap, with OneStream as the primary platform, aligned to Corporate (AYI), ABL, and AIS
- Lead enhancements, configuration, and scaling of OneStream as the central FP&A and reporting platform; drive adoption and maturity across AYI
- Ensure enterprise-wide management reporting is standardized, accurate, and timely while allowing segment-specific flexibility
- Serve as the voice of the business across Finance leadership, IT, and segment-level users; translate business goals into technical requirements and development priorities
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to define and prioritize data analytics requirements across reporting platforms (OneStream, Power BI, Oracle Fusion, o9)
- Partner with segment FP&A, Corporate Finance, and technical teams to deliver value incrementally; define epics, user stories, and sprint priorities for agile teams
- Develop training plans, champion adoption, and lead change management to maximize FP&A tools and data value
- Define and track KPIs related to reporting timeliness, forecast accuracy, and user satisfaction
- Travel as required based on business needs and engage with executive stakeholders to align reporting and systems strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A systems, financial reporting, or financial systems product management
- Direct experience with OneStream (design, implementation, or administration)
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional technology projects
- Strong understanding of planning cycles, corporate finance operations, and data governance
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, and Azure Data Lake preferred
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting (including scenario- and drivers-based), variance analysis, and management reporting
- Demonstrated product management acumen: defining and driving complex product roadmaps
- Strong communication skills with finance executives, technical teams, and end users
- Adaptability to fast-paced, evolving environments and managing shifting priorities
- Willingness to travel 1-20% based on business needs
