About the role
- Own end-to-end delivery of 2–4 major infrastructure programs across cloud, compute, and platform engineering
- Define scope, timelines, resources, and dependencies; manage sequencing and risk using Jira, Align, Confluence
- Monitor progress with dashboards and metrics; resolve roadblocks and communicate status, risks, impacts
- Incorporate CI/CD, SRE, and Dev Experience practices into program workflows
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure complete requirements, robust roadmaps, and effective intake
- Align release cadences, coordinate with stakeholders, and leverage reusable technology assets and cloud-native solutions
- Optimize workflows, processes, and tools; drive change management and lifecycle governance
- Deliver presentations using storytelling and data; use Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Power BI
- Hybrid role: expected to report to Technical Innovation Center in Warren (MI), Austin (TX), or Mountain View (CA) three times per week
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in engineering, program management or product/program leadership
- BS or MS degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional software engineering programs in complex enterprise environments
- Experienced in leading cross-functional collaboration across technical and business domains
- Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving and clear communication skills
- Expertise in program management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, scaled delivery models)
- Deep proficiency in tools (Jira, Align, Confluence)
- Preferred: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with technical focus
- Preferred: Technical experience in data structures, software development and/or systems integration
- Preferred: Experience building analytical and informational dashboards using BI or similar technologies
