About the role
- Bridge Finance & Accounting needs with IT; advocate business requirements and system capabilities
- Oversee development and maintenance of the OneStream application and integrations with ERPs and finance systems; own roadmap priorities and participate in design, testing, and integration
- Promote evolution of business processes to enhance data quality, insights, and decision-making
- Support monthly close, reconciliations, reporting, forecasting, and annual target setting; respond to audit requests; develop and maintain cube views and dashboards
- Train new and existing employees on the OneStream system; manage change and align processes with technology
- Collaborate with Business Segment Finance, Corporate Finance, and IT to deliver financial insights and productivity improvements
- Requires 50% onsite presence in Atlanta, GA
Requirements
- 5+ years of financial system experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft VB.Net and SQL
- Experience with OneStream or Hyperion (strongly preferred)
- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or information systems
- High executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Travel requirements: 0-15% domestic and internationally
- Role requires 50% onsite presence in Atlanta, GA
