About the role
- Represent and advocate for Finance and Accounting needs; bridge business requirements with IT capabilities
- Oversee development and maintenance of the OneStream application and integrations with ERPs and other finance systems
- Own OneStream roadmap priorities and participate in design, testing, and integration activities
- Promote process evolution to improve data quality, insight, and decision-making
- Support monthly close, reconciliations, reporting, forecasting, and annual target setting
- Respond to audit requests and support audit activities
- Develop and maintain cube views and dashboards
- Provide training and change management for new and existing employees
- Collaborate closely with Business Segment Finance, Corporate Finance, and IT teams to deliver financial insights and enhance productivity
- Require 50% onsite presence in Atlanta, GA
Requirements
- 5+ years of financial system experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft VB.Net
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience with OneStream or Hyperion strongly preferred
- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting, or information systems
- High executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to travel 0-15% domestically and internationally
- 50% onsite presence in Atlanta, GA required
