Drive and secure new business opportunities internationally, identifying market opportunities through direct channels and building positive commercial relationships with potential clients
Work collaboratively with stakeholders across operations, commercial & contracts and tech to respond to client needs with pace
Provide strategic guidance to customers by understanding all aspects of their business, existing and future systems, environment and needs, assisting in developing the right solutions
Collaborate with partners during the sales cycle to clarify scope, capture specific customer requirements, develop solutions and establish robust costs
Meet potential customers to demonstrate activpayroll products and services; develop presentations and marketing materials as required
Support broader BD activities, marketing, profile and brand building and relationship management initiatives
Close opportunities through to contract award regularly with a solution that will add genuine value to the customer
Occasionally work outside standard hours to support international clients across time zones
Requirements
A proven track record in successful sales with an ambition to have a tangible impact on business growth
Ideally a background in the Payroll services sector, or other similar area
Excellent project, organisational and time management skills with the ability to plan for all activities and see projects through to completion
An influential presenter, able to fully understand the customer needs and deliver a solution that truly provides value add
Exceptional 'people skills', supportive, influential and diplomatic, for working with a range of colleagues and customers
