About the role Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for Reimagined Parking Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, asset managers, property managers, and center managers Assist the firm’s leader of strategic real estate relationships and report to the Senior Vice President of Operations Source opportunities through relationships, research, and network Manage the sales process from identification through closing, including meeting preparation, client follow-up, and contract documentation Own and control the sales process for Reimagined Parking’s solutions within a specific territory Maintain a detailed pipeline of activity including client, location, size of site, revenue, EBITDA, and gross margin Prepare client-meeting summaries and circulate meeting notes Manage contract negotiations for new site acquisition Understand and monitor site-level performance for individual sites Complete internal requests for information from other departments, including operations Travel as required and work on special projects as assigned by head of strategic real estate partnership Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred) 3–5 years of consultative B2B sales experience in a prospecting-driven, metrics-based environment—preferably in the Parking Industry or related fields Demonstrated success in following a structured sales process and consistently closing deals Experience in fast-paced, high-growth B2B environments, ideally involving disruptive or innovative solutions Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to diagnose complex client needs and deliver strategic, value-driven solutions Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure Resilient, creative, and tenacious in pursuing new business opportunities Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; PowerPoint proficiency is a plus Fluent in spoken and written English Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative spirit Demonstrates the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment Sales Incentive plan: Designed to provide you with an incentive to achieve exceptional growth and to reward you for closing profitable deals Generous Paid Time Off: Enjoy 20 days of paid time off, plus 8 paid holidays Comprehensive Health Plans: Access top-notch Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for you and your family Life and Disability Insurance: Company paid basic life and Short-Term Disability with additional options for dependents 401(k) Plan: Generous employer match with immediate vesting Employee Assistance Program: Access behavioral health care for you and your family Parental and Caregiver Leave: Time off to support family or caregiving needs Copy Applicant Tracking System Keywords Tip: use these terms in your resume and cover letter to boost ATS matches.
