• The Senior Graphic Design Associate will be a key player in growing the Active Minds brand
• offers key platforms in use by this position are Active Minds’ print and electronic collateral, website, email, and social media.
• Create representative graphics and visuals to support online brand display across various digital platforms
• Integrate visual brand into programmatic materials, store products, advertisements, and activities
• Lead design projects of increased size and scope, including long-term initiatives with support from Senior Visual Brand manager
• Support development of templates and long-term initiatives to grow Active Minds Brand in consistent ways

• Develop and Manage a Comprehensive Events Strategy and Plan

Marketing Operations

• Develop, optimize, and scale project management workflows within ClickUp to seamlessly guide omni-channel campaigns, events, creative content, and digital media production from initial concept to execution.
• Proactively manage timelines, capacity, resolve bottlenecks, align cross-functional resources, and oversee the trafficking and deployment of paid advertising, digital media, and creative assets to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
• Establish, document, and champion a unified marketing playbook of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Serve as the primary organizational conductor, streamlining communications and aligning priorities between MarComm, IT, Programs, Development, Operations and partners and stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain a nuanced voice matrix; leverage audience insights to authentically engage youth and young adults, while seamlessly crafting compelling narratives that resonate with funders, donors, supporters and educators.
• Translate complex mental health statistics, programmatic impact data, youth and young adults input, academic information, testimonials into human-centric stories that move people to act, donate, or advocate.
• Act as the ultimate protector of the Active Minds brand voice, maintaining and evolving brand guidelines so that every touchpoint feels unmistakably "us."
• Direct and oversee the creation of high-converting advertising copy for landing pages, paid search, and social ads, ensuring a seamless transition from an ad click to an engagement.
