Architect

• Engage directly with customers to assess automation landscapes, conduct workshops, and gather detailed business and technical requirements.
• Perform architecture assessments, environment audits, and readiness reviews to define robust, scalable, and secure automation solutions.
• Provide proactive advisory, architectural guidance, and hands-on support throughout project lifecycles.
• Lead design, planning, and deployment of IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS) and HCL Workload Automation (HWA) in on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Define integration strategies with SAP, Oracle, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, DevOps pipelines (Jenkins), ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems.
• Implement best practices for automation governance, standards, and operational excellence.
• Architect and integrate AI-driven automation patterns and agentic workflows to enhance business process efficiency.
