About the role

  • Lead and manage Mosaic’s key experiential accounts with multiple events throughout the year
  • Manage the day-to-day internal team and client relationships as the primary client lead
  • Oversee creative development, production planning, and financials for all events in assigned portfolio
  • Foster a climate of respect and collaboration internally and externally
  • Mentor and develop junior team members and potentially manage direct reports
  • Develop ongoing partnerships with clients, internal cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Serve as a credible agency voice and dynamic champion of the agency’s work
  • Manage profitability of work, be cost-conscious of account expenses and identify opportunities for growth
  • Coordinate with cross-functional agency counterparts and ask for help when needed

Requirements

  • Experience working across a variety of client business and with an array of cross-functional agency units
  • 7+ year track record of success and increasing responsibility in an agency or client environment (at least some cross functional agency experience is critical)
  • An understanding of integrated experiential marketing with a specific focus on large and small scale experiential initiatives such as B2B, sampling, retail, tours, and other event marketing initiatives
  • Ridiculously strong communication skills – verbal, written and interpersonal
  • Very comfortable and familiar with budgeting and proposal building to sell our ideas to the client
  • A passion for understanding client business challenges and an ability to rally internal teams to help solve
  • An insatiable curiosity combined with the ability to think critically translating into creativity (grounded in strategy) that can be applied to client business day in and day out
  • Juggling skills to keep multiple projects progressing towards on-target, on-time, and on-budget delivery
  • Self-awareness to know when to listen, when to speak and when to stop
  • Self-confidence to sell ideas and own outcomes when things go wrong
  • Exceptional problem-solving, time management skills and a keen attention to detail
  • A willingness to actively contribute to making the agency better
