Lead and manage Mosaic’s key experiential accounts with multiple events throughout the year
Manage the day-to-day internal team and client relationships as the primary client lead
Oversee creative development, production planning, and financials for all events in assigned portfolio
Foster a climate of respect and collaboration internally and externally
Mentor and develop junior team members and potentially manage direct reports
Develop ongoing partnerships with clients, internal cross-functional teams and vendors
Serve as a credible agency voice and dynamic champion of the agency’s work
Manage profitability of work, be cost-conscious of account expenses and identify opportunities for growth
Coordinate with cross-functional agency counterparts and ask for help when needed
Requirements
Experience working across a variety of client business and with an array of cross-functional agency units
7+ year track record of success and increasing responsibility in an agency or client environment (at least some cross functional agency experience is critical)
An understanding of integrated experiential marketing with a specific focus on large and small scale experiential initiatives such as B2B, sampling, retail, tours, and other event marketing initiatives
Ridiculously strong communication skills – verbal, written and interpersonal
Very comfortable and familiar with budgeting and proposal building to sell our ideas to the client
A passion for understanding client business challenges and an ability to rally internal teams to help solve
An insatiable curiosity combined with the ability to think critically translating into creativity (grounded in strategy) that can be applied to client business day in and day out
Juggling skills to keep multiple projects progressing towards on-target, on-time, and on-budget delivery
Self-awareness to know when to listen, when to speak and when to stop
Self-confidence to sell ideas and own outcomes when things go wrong
Exceptional problem-solving, time management skills and a keen attention to detail
A willingness to actively contribute to making the agency better
