Execute direct marketing strategies to meet business objectives and manage targeted marketing campaigns supporting consumer, business and commercial banking
Manage implementation and execution of key marketing programs meeting financial, regulatory, legal, operational, product and strategic objectives
Partner with segment, product and analytics teams to ideate on marketing campaigns and define offers, creative and package formats
Develop timelines for campaign components including pre-planning, business case development, target audience modeling, creative development, review and approval, quality control, production and mailing
Manage marketing campaign budgets and work with advertising agencies and production vendors to recommend cost-efficient options
Lead creation and execution of direct marketing campaigns and manage deliverables to ensure on-strategy, on-time and on-budget execution
Oversee review and approval processes with creative/brand, legal and compliance teams
Lead quality control including target audience list audits and accuracy of variable components for printed materials and variable laser printing
Develop production matrix and direct production vendors to ensure flawless campaign execution
Manage production vendors to meet brand and quality guidelines and delivery timelines
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 5 years of direct marketing and project management experience required
Experience in financial services and/or consumer goods marketing (preferred)
Experience managing agency and vendor relationships
Knowledge of database and direct marketing principles including customer segmentation, testing and applying results
Detail-oriented with an analytical and financial orientation
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate across broad stakeholder groups
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience managing complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns including mail, email and online channels
