Intermediate Software Engineer

Data Analyst

• Own analytics across the rewards & recognition platform, focusing on enterprise adoption and individual teams/users
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to define metrics, track performance, and deliver insights
• Craft comprehensive analytics flows mapping user journeys from login to recognition to reward redemption
• Leverage Amplitude for funnel analysis, retention tracking, cohort segmentation, and user behavior insights
• Develop self-serve dashboards and reports (Amplitude, Tableau, Looker, or internal BI) to monitor adoption trends, churn risks, and upsell opportunities
• Lead event tracking implementation and validation, coordinating with Engineering to ensure data consistency and scalability

• Act as a trusted advisor to Managed Services customers, providing campaign strategy, content, and execution support.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their goals and align campaigns with organizational objectives.
• Offer guidance on leveraging the Achievers platform for recognition, rewards and feedback campaigns to ensure maximum impact and ROI.
• Manage multiple customer campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines and expectations.
• Create tailored communication plans and partner with designers and writers to produce campaign assets (emails, infographics, video).
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize future efforts based on results.
• Oversee day-to-day management of the customer knowledge portal, updating resources, articles, and best practices.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and curate engaging, high-quality portal content.

• The opportunity: Legal Counsel at Achievers provides general legal support across the business on a wide range of legal matters, with a particular focus on commercial legal matters in support of the Revenue team, and assists in the execution of legal strategies as directed. Legal Counsel engages in a variety of commercial transactional matters in support of Achievers’ core business that provides a cloud-based employee recognition and rewards solution to accelerate employee engagement for our customers. This role demands a strong background in commercial and contract law, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills, and business acumen, to ensure the company navigates complex legal landscapes effectively.
