About the role

  • Prospecting and lead generation via cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and inbound leads
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the SaaS solution
  • Engage in consultative selling to understand client challenges and align Achievers’ platform to needs
  • Manage sales pipeline and track interactions using CRM tools
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, working with decision-makers and procurement teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Gather market and product feedback for product development teams
  • Regular sales reporting and forecasting to sales leadership

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technology/SaaS sales, preferably within the HR tech space
  • Proficiency in speaking French or German
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals
  • Hunter mentality with passion for net-new sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience and comfort selling to the C-suite
  • Self-starter with ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience demonstrating software to customers/prospects in sales cycles
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience selling to Enterprise and Large global clients (10,000+ employees)
