- With the expansion of Accountable Banking, we now offer our users even more: A free business account that automatically sets aside money for your taxes, lets you pay bills and expenses directly from the app, and much more.
- As part of the Customer Success Team for Accountable Banking, you will be in direct communication with customers to support our users (NL/FR/EN).
- You will act as an interface between our users and our banking partner.
- You will develop your own ideas and concepts for user communication and implement them after consultation.
- You will work with our colleagues in Berlin/Brussels on the further development of user communication.
- You will assist with ongoing testing to improve our user journeys in the mobile and web app.
- You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure a perfect customer journey.
Requirements
- Completed degree or training, or relevant professional experience
- You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- You are an open person with strong communication skills and a certain degree of empathy.
- You have strong empathy and can easily put yourself in the shoes of our Belgian users.
- You have a hands-on mentality and initiative, are motivated and think in a results-oriented manner.
- You are interested in self-employment and everything related to it.
- Ideally, you already have some experience in this area.
- You have a perfect command of written and spoken French, Dutch and English and can express yourself well.
- You are keen to work in a growing, highly motivated start-up and enjoy actively contributing to our company through your work.
