• Ensure the stable and efficient operation of SharePoint environments, including both on-premises and SharePoint Online.
• Monitor system performance and availability, and take action to maintain service continuity.
• Provide mid-level technical support for SharePoint-related issues by diagnosing and resolving incidents.
• Escalate complex problems to senior engineers and support the implementation of permanent solutions.
• Apply and maintain existing security policies and access controls within SharePoint environments.
• Manage user permissions in line with internal standards, data protection regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Administer SharePoint sites and site collections, including permissions, lists, libraries, and standard workflows.
• Work closely with internal teams (IT, business units, support teams) on day-to-day SharePoint activities.
• Handle and resolve support tickets using the ticketing system, ensuring tasks are prioritized and resolved within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
