About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the strategy, revenue goals, and client relationships across your portfolio.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Guide a team of Client Partners in developing account strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and others.
- Define and drive the Manufacturing & multi-industries vertical strategy.
- Own strategic client relationships, ensuring proactive communication and strategic alignment.
- Oversee sales and proposal development to align with client needs and profitability.
- Manage budgets, ensure accurate CRM reporting, and foster a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Monitor and improve client satisfaction metrics and facilitate executive-level reviews.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven expertise in the IT sector, specifically in Manufacturing.
- Capable of translating market data, client feedback, and emerging tech trends into a clear strategy.
- Track record in building trust-based relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and coaching teams with a focus on consultative sales.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at influencing senior stakeholders.
- Familiar with delivery lifecycles from requirements analysis to go-live.
- Effective in navigating large organizations and resolving escalations.
- Proficient in German and English (written and spoken) is strongly preferred.
