About the role
- Provide timely technical support through email, live chat, and phone, ensuring users receive full attention and effective solutions
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and application issues; escalate when necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business to synchronize and improve solutions
- Maintain detailed records and reports of issues and resolutions to inform metrics and continuous improvement
- Communicate with customers to assess and understand their concerns, documenting and addressing problem areas
- Identify and assess potential technological solutions and share recommendations with Product Delivery Management
- Contribute to knowledge sharing by capturing lessons learned and best practices
Requirements

- 4+ years of experience as an Applications Support Analyst or in a related support position
- Strong understanding of OutSystems, SQL, JavaScript, and CSS
- Solid diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in different time zones and shifts that meet customer availability
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to support English-speaking customers
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- OutSystems Associate Developer Certification (bonus)
- Experience in relationship management and customer success (bonus)
- A track record of working with global teams and customers (bonus)
