Develop and implement design strategies that align with brand and business goals across all channels
Lead concept development and execute high-quality design work across branding, marketing campaigns, digital assets, print collateral, and presentations
Champion brand consistency and ensure all creative work aligns with visual guidelines and brand values
Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that meet project objectives
Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and design excellence
Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers, fostering growth and creative development
Stay on top of design trends, tools, and technologies to keep creative work modern and relevant
Mentor junior team members and help shape the visual identity of the organization
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
7+ years of experience in graphic design
Portfolio showcasing creative range and strategic thinking across formats (submit with application)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and provide creative direction
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Exceptional visual storytelling, layout, and typography skills
Comfortable adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in motion graphics, web design, or HTML is a plus
