Attend ARO Management Calls weekly and Bi-Weekly Company meetings
Work one-on-one as necessary with Team Members and Managers
Manage the organization and maintenance of team projects
Update internal HR database to ensure all information is up to date for any/all projects created
Prepare various HR documents, not limited to: new hire guides, contracts, and more
Assist HR Hiring Department and other HR staff with activities not limited to onboarding new recruits, streamlining processes, creating documents, etc.
Respond to Team Member queries related to HR issues
Perform other tasks as needed
Requirements
Prior experience in Human Resources
Be available to volunteer 10-15 hours a week
Possess a collaborative way of working
Maintain strict confidentiality
Behave professionally in manner and appearance
Be consistently organized and flexible
Be a team player with demonstrated experience working with multiple groups or departments
Complex HR knowledge of procedures, practices, and policies
