• Oversee a team of HR Supervisor & Coordinators
• Attend ARO Management Calls weekly and Bi-Weekly Company meetings
• Work one-on-one as necessary with Team Members and Managers
• Manage the organization and maintenance of team projects
• Update internal HR database to ensure all information is up to date for any/all projects created
• Prepare various HR documents, not limited to: new hire guides, contracts, and more
• Assist HR Hiring Department and other HR staff with activities not limited to onboarding new recruits, streamlining processes, creating documents, etc.
• Respond to Team Member queries related to HR issues
• Perform other tasks as needed
