• Represent employees in employment and workers' compensation matters at Abramson Labor Group
• Conduct legal research to support drafting of motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Draft and prepare complaints, meet and confer correspondence, briefs, discovery motions and dispositive motions
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies
• Take ownership of assigned workload and bring positivity to the workplace
• Other duties as assigned
