About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing a docket of cases to resolution
- Depositions: Preparing client for deposition
- Attending depositions
- Invoicing Depositions
- Responding to client inquiries that require attorney negations and moving matters towards resolution
- Responsive to incoming emails and phone calls
- Providing direction and guidance to non-attorneys as needed
- Team Player: Bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorneys by example
- Participation in team events during work and after work hours
- Providing feedback to management to ensure ALG performs the best it can for our clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Candidates MUST be California State Barred and reside in the state of California
- Comfortable with fast-paced work environments
- Doctors' deposition experience (preferred)
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
