Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own the annual plan and forecast cadence across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow — with particular ownership of revenue and free cash flow forecasting — using driver-based models to continuously improve accuracy.
• Build scenario and sensitivity modeling into a core FP&A capability that informs key leadership decisions.
• Oversee the team’s ownership of the monthly CFO review package — budget vs actual variance analysis, forecast, and supporting analytics — partnering with Accounting on the close, while staying hands-on in building Board and investor reporting materials.
• Turn financial and operating data into clear, actionable insight for leadership through recurring reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis.
• Oversee the team's ownership of Pigment systems, and direct AI-enabled automation and process/controls improvement across FP&A.
• Support SOX controls, audit committee materials, and other IPO-readiness work, partnering with Legal, Accounting, Investor Relations, and the CFO's office.
• Partner with Accounting, Tax, and People on specialized, cross-functional forecast items such as equity, payroll taxes, and benefits.
• Manage and grow a team of corporate finance analysts/managers, including coaching and career development.

Account Executive

• Sell Abnormal security solutions to approximately 20 Major Accounts (F500/ Global 500) within your defined territory with the goal to overachieve new annual recurring revenue quota
• Work from initial conversations through signing a contract and up-selling once they’re a customer.
• Prospect and generate new business opportunities within Major Accounts to supply enough pipeline for them to hit sales targets.
• Work with Customer Success to ensure a timely renewal and expansion sale opportunities
• Continually document results and maintain accurate data across all sales systems (Salesforce, Highspot, Close Plan)
• Be a voice for the customer/prospect with internal teams including Sales Engineering/POV team, Product and Marketing to ensure appropriate prioritization to close more revenue.

Security Engineer

• Direct the ISPM technical roadmap by converting product requirements into robust system designs, mapping out implementation phases, and making strategic build-vs-extend decisions.
• Architect, design, and scale core identity security posture systems.
• Cultivate and drive cross-functional technical alliances with platform teams across the security and identity stack.
• Author, review, and evaluate technical design documents while facilitating architectural discussions and design reviews.
• Establish, promote, and uphold engineering best practices across the sub-team, focusing on testing, code quality, API design, and observability.
• Construct and scale high-performance backend services using Go—inclusive of event-driven systems, REST/gRPC APIs, cron jobs, and integration layers.
• Build and maintain user-facing interfaces using React/TypeScript—focusing on policy dashboards, identity visualization, and mitigation workflows.
• Design, model, and optimize database schemas capable of handling large-scale multi-tenant identity workloads.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka as a message queue to manage asynchronous workflows and ensure continuous evaluation of identity postures.
• Maintain operational reliability and service health through standard runbooks, feature flags, and robust monitoring setups.
• Support, mentor, and guide a distributed team of 3-4 engineers located across India and Singapore.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and EM to align on technical strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver quarterly key results and milestones.
• Own operational health for all services—on-call rotation, incident response, and SLO management
• Serve as the team representative during organizational alignment, review sessions, and client interactions.

Full-stack Engineer

• Work with the Engineering Manager & Product Manager to craft the roadmap for the ACT team.
• Lead and architect Software Projects critical to Abnormal’s success with a team of engineers through conception, design, implementation, launch & operation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship for junior members of the team.
• Collaborate with Technical Program Managers, Product Managers, and Go-To-Market teams to implement, verify, and iterate on the issues & requests from customers.
• Raise the bar of excellence in engineering, actively contributing to knowledge sharing within the team, and participating in professional development activities.
• Grow into a tech lead role for the AI Security Mailbox product.
• Own key deliverables from e2e within our division's quarterly roadmap and a subset of the key divisional SLAs/SLOs.
• Provide direct leverage for the team by architecting and owning AI-native workflows to eliminate team toil.
