About the role

Ensure ABC Glofox fulfills obligations to customers and exceeds client expectations for support
Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and closing new business
Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, customer experience) to align sales initiatives with business objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with marketing and product development to develop sales collateral and promotional materials
Provide customer feedback to product development to inform product improvements
Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales opportunities
Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and develop new business opportunities as needed
Maintain expert knowledge of ABC Glofox's suite of technology products and services

Up to 2 years of experience managing mid-level client accounts or relatable industry experience
Strong knowledge of sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision makers
Strong analytical skills and experience with sales analytics tools such as Salesforce and SalesLoft
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close customers within a short sales cycle
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Ability to work in a fast paced and flexible environment, within APAC and deliver to tight deadlines
