About the role
- Ensure ABC Glofox fulfills obligations to customers and exceeds client expectations for support
- Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and closing new business
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, customer experience) to align sales initiatives with business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product development to develop sales collateral and promotional materials
- Provide customer feedback to product development to inform product improvements
- Manage the sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales opportunities
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and develop new business opportunities as needed
- Maintain expert knowledge of ABC Glofox's suite of technology products and services
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience managing mid-level client accounts or relatable industry experience
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision makers
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales analytics tools such as Salesforce and SalesLoft
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close customers within a short sales cycle
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Ability to work in a fast paced and flexible environment, within APAC and deliver to tight deadlines
