Manager

• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring quality patient care and efficient care coordination.
• Provide coaching, oversight, and support to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards.

• Coordinate with PCPs, therapy providers, and internal support teams to ensure comprehensive care.

• Participate in on-call rotation (approximately one weekend per month), holiday rotation, and possible phone triage night coverage during weekdays.

• Monitor and work to improve patient readmission rates.
• Ensure extended visits remain within acceptable ranges and administrative tasks (e.g., mileage reimbursements) are completed thoroughly.

RN Case Manager

Compliance

• Design, build, deploy, and continuously improve a comprehensive enterprise compliance program covering every aspect of Abby Care's healthcare operations, anchored to the OIG seven-element framework and the DOJ's Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs guidance.
• Set the company's compliance strategy and priorities, including the annual enterprise risk assessment, multi-year work plan, audit and monitoring calendar, and annual program effectiveness review; secure the resourcing and Board endorsement to execute against them.
• Establish and operate the program's full operational backbone — policies and procedures, training and culture, reporting and hotline channels, monitoring and auditing, investigations, discipline, and corrective action — and ensure each element is functioning, measurable, and improving.
• Lead compliance across the full program lifecycle, clinical operations, documentation, billing and coding, EVV, payor and MCO contract performance, and program integrity; and work to build a culture of compliance by embedding compliance into how the business runs rather than bolting it on.
• Lead regulatory change management across the federal stack (AKS, Stark, FCA, HIPAA/HITECH, CMS, OIG, HRSA, and the 21st Century Cures Act) and across each state Medicaid environment in which we operate.
• Manage all government inquiries, audits, investigations, self-disclosures, and any settlement or CIA obligations; serve as the company's principal compliance liaison to regulators, MCO program integrity functions, and external counsel.
• Partner with Legal, People, Operations, Clinical Leadership, Information Security, and Finance to embed compliance controls across the workforce, software and vendor ecosystem, and care delivery model.
• Partner with the General Counsel on compliance initiatives regarding AI governance and the deployment of AI in clinical and operational workflows, including FDA SaMD/CDS analysis, documentation integrity, and patient-facing disclosures.
• Lead compliance diligence and integration for new market entry, new Medicaid program design, new service lines, and M&A activity.
• Serve as the company's designated Compliance Officer; chair the Compliance Committee; report regularly to the Board on risk posture, incidents and program effectiveness, with independent access as needed.
• Build, hire, and develop a high-performing in-house compliance team, investigations, auditing and monitoring, training, and compliance operations and analytics, and the technology infrastructure that supports a modern program.

Data Analyst

• Act as the primary architect for our People technology. You will define how our various people tech systems (e.g., for ATS, HRIS, Payroll, Benefits) connect, ensuring our tech stack scales ahead of our headcount.
• As the internal owner for our Workday implementation, you will serve as the primary architect and project lead for our transition to the platform. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday configurations, ensuring that our data architecture supports long-term growth and high-integrity reporting.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of system evaluations and systems implementations as needed. You will gather requirements, manage project timelines, and lead technical configurations to ensure any new tools / systems integrate seamlessly into our workflows.
• Own the connections and integrations between our systems. You will be responsible for building and monitoring integrations that eliminate manual data entry, ensuring that information flows accurately and reliably between our various systems.
• Define the roadmap for how we collect, store, and use people data. You will determine which metrics matter (e.g., turnover, caregiver capacity, hiring) and ensure our data is structured, audit-ready, and compliant.
• Serve as the strategic lead for people analytics, collaborating with our Business Analytics Associate to develop data modeling, dashboards, and visualizations that will support our business. As part of this, you will design executive-ready dashboards and narratives that help leadership understand workforce trends and make informed decisions about our growth and our people.
• You will identify manual bottlenecks in our operational processes (including processes like onboarding and offboarding) and design automated, scalable solutions to fix them.
• Partner closely with key stakeholders to figure out what they actually need from our systems to be successful. You’ll take those high-level requirements and turn them into a cohesive, scalable technical reality, ensuring our solutions are not just quick fixes, but compliant, integrated systems that support our people as we grow.
• Ensure our team actually knows how to use the systems you support and the tools you build. You will create clear, "down-to-earth" documentation and lead training sessions that drive high adoption and reduce user error.
• Manage our relationships with third-party systems vendors and consultants. You’ll hold them accountable for performance, manage renewals, and ensure we are getting the most out of our technology investments.

• Own the calendars of three executives. Manage scheduling, travel, and meeting prep for the Head of Engineering, Head of Product, and Head of People. Resolve conflicts independently. Anticipate two to three weeks out, not two days out.
• Run the inbox and information flow. Triage inbound, draft responses, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks across all three principals.
• Drive the operating cadence. Own prep, agendas, and follow-through for leadership team meetings, engineering and product offsites, and key external engagements.
• Own a defined operational portfolio. Lead all-hands logistics, engineering and product offsite execution, recruiting coordination for technical and people hires, and exec-level new hire onboarding.
• Handle confidential work with discretion. Particularly on the People side, you will see comp, performance, and HR-sensitive information. We expect total discretion.
• Partner with the Sr. EA. Operate as part of a tight admin team. Cover for the Sr. EA when needed. Help raise the bar on how Abby Care runs its executive operations end to end.
