Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, medical records management, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2+ year experience in analysis, administrative or operations roles (e.g., Care Delivery Administrator, Operations Analyst or Specialist, Care or Service Coordinator).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and solve problems creatively.
Commitment to going above and beyond for families.
Comfortable with dynamic responsibilities and cross-functional support.
Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, with hands-on experience navigating Google Drive and other cloud-based tools for document management and communication.
