💰 $75,300 - $150,700 per year
About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to established customers, fostering loyalty and achieving retention targets
- Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and regular business reviews
- Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on value expansion and profitability
- Identify and implement operational and service improvements to drive customer success
- Perform assay integrations and address laboratory technical needs
- Support new account implementations, including ordering, installation, and validation
- Coordinate order, delivery, and billing processes to ensure operational efficiency
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Technical Service, and Finance to deliver cohesive customer experiences
- Escalate and resolve customer challenges in collaboration with the service organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s degree with equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales or clinical laboratory operations
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or Medical Technology and/or healthcare-related Field (preferred)
- Experience with a proven track record in sales, field service, or within a technical call center (preferred)
- Financial Acumen – good understanding and analysis of financial data in the healthcare market (preferred)
- Deep understanding of laboratory instrumentation, workflows, and regulatory requirements (preferred)
