About the role
- Align monthly customer demand with operational supply capabilities
- Analyze monthly demand vs. supply plans to ensure alignment
- Assess inventory levels and operational readiness to meet customer needs
- Develop contingency plans when supply falls short of demand
- Maintain SAP master data integrity for all product-related information
- Lead and facilitate weekly ITP reviews and planning meetings
- Manage escalations and follow-ups across internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with buyers, site supply chain teams, and other internal partners
- Evaluate operations for appropriate inventory builds and develop strategies to service customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least 4 years of progressively responsible experience in manufacturing schedule planning
- Intermediate experience utilizing MRP and ERP systems.
- Proficient in MS Office, strong Excel skills
- Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects.
- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
- 1 year of experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
- APICS or other planning related certification preferred.
