About the role
- Define and maintain planning and inventory parameters (re-order point, safety stock, MOQ, PDT etc.) for assigned product lines.
- Ensure replenishment process of Distribution Centers is running correctly.
- Maintain forecasts in the system and drive MPS/suppliers calls.
- Maintain MPG (hierarchies) in the system.
- Manage finished goods inventory levels according to targets.
- Analyse reports to track performance and request corrective actions support.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to review MTO/MTS product status, optimise Fade In/Out process, and manage monthly/quarterly Demand and Availability reviews.
- Collaborate with Operations/Purchasing to provide demand visibility, coordinate priorities with production scheduling/suppliers, and distribute workloads to facilities.
- Drive continuous improvement in service levels and inventory optimization.
Requirements
- Have Master degree in Business or Industrial Engineering or physics or mathematic.
- Appropriate degree of application and process knowledge.
- 3-5 years of successful experience in demand planning, material management or inventory control in multinational companies.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- English fluency required.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Stress resistant.
- Plans and organizes.
- Experience on ERP systems, preferable SAP.
