About the role
- Lead all commercial selling activity for the assigned territory focusing on Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Cardiologists, and Interventional Radiologists to promote the full Endovascular portfolio.
- Influence stakeholders within the hospital, drive product utilization, support contracting, relationship development and management, market development, and own sales target achievement for the territory.
- Support clinical selling activity and procedure case service including physician onboarding, early case coverage and training.
- Meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives monthly/quarterly/annually.
- Develop and implement sales strategies by analyzing product, competition, and pricing needs of accounts.
- Develop action plans (weekly, quarterly, monthly) analyzing sales figures, identifying account needs and discussing issues with Regional Sales Director.
- Develop relationships with hospital personnel and key purchasing decision makers to facilitate sales growth.
- Perform sales support activities (product training, therapy awareness, education events).
- Build networks of contacts by attending trade shows, educational conferences, and seminars.
- Maintain clinical and technical expertise via company product training sessions.
- Prepare and submit reports to sales management by analyzing and compiling data, projections, and other relevant information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Ability to travel 50% within assigned region
- Preferred: prior experience selling in the medical device industry
