Own full process of supporting an approved location(s), set up initial calls, prepare and determine steps of support, and collaborate with in-unit management to determine staffing needs, recruiting plans and forecasts; develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
Lead employment branding initiatives.
Create and manage requisition in PeopleHub, lead weekly meetings with accounts regarding support and progress, perform sourcing to fill open positions and set up manager onsite interviews.
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (screening calls and set up for interviews).
Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Assist in employee retention and development during handoff to unit; organize virtual job fairs and attend in-person approved career fairs or other recruiting events.
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement; review Frontline reports for accuracy and efficiency.
Work with CGTA for efficiency with postings, perks, refreshes and enhancements; make recommendations for a wide range of position titles.
Create and provide training for managers on recruiting systems; provide guidance to supervisors and managers on interview skills and selection process.
Manage sensitive and confidential information and interact effectively with client groups.
Serve as subject matter expert on online recruiting and hiring systems (PeopleHub, Indeed, Helix, FADV and other processes and applications).
Review weekly FTE and reports and update Vacancy reporting; work with HRBP on background questions, concerns and support of location; support special projects as needed.
Requirements
3-5 experience working in talent acquisition in a high-volume hospitality, healthcare or restaurant setting with thorough knowledge of full cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and databases. Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
Excellent in communicating clearly and effectively verbally and in writing and in integrating information in the completion of assignments.
Demonstrated ability to manage difficult or volatile situations/individuals effectively.
Ability to work independently and analyze data to solve complex problems and demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail a must.
Must possess strong people skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
Self-driven and motivated and ability to work on multiple projects at a time.
