• Sales of Aareon products and services to existing customers in the housing industry in Berlin and Brandenburg (Upselling and Cross-Selling)
• Development and implementation of a sustainable account plan to increase revenue and customer retention
• Building long-term strategic partnerships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities
• Managing the entire sales process – from analyzing customer needs and preparing offers to contract negotiation and closure

• Je ondersteunt de bedrijfsjurist en privacy officer bij uiteenlopende juridische en privacyvraagstukken binnen Aareon.
• Je levert een belangrijke bijdrage aan de dagelijkse juridische praktijk en helpt bij het voorbereiden, uitwerken en bewaken van juridische adviezen en privacygerelateerde werkzaamheden.
• Je ondersteunt onder meer bij het opstellen en beoordelen van contracten en andere juridische documenten, en het beantwoorden van vragen vanuit de organisatie.
• Je houdt juridische documentatie en registers bij en voert operationele werkzaamheden uit op het gebied van AVG en compliance.
• Je werkt gestructureerd, houdt overzicht en schakelt gemakkelijk met collega’s van Finance, HR, Development, Sales, Security, Marketing en Product Management.
