PreSales Specialist
Aareon GroupSales collaboration and delivery of product demonstrations for Aareon's SaaS solutions in real estate. Engaging with customers and improving PreSales processes effectively.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Close collaboration with Sales to identify and qualify potential customers and to develop tailored sales strategies
- Delivery of compelling presentations and live demos of our products (including Wodis Yuneo, Wodis Sigma, as well as digital solutions such as Mobile Services, Mareon and Aareon CRM)
- Support in the creation and preparation of proposals and provision of relevant information throughout the sales process
- Collaboration with Marketing, Product Management and Development to ensure our solutions are optimally aligned with customer requirements
- Active contribution to the continuous improvement of PreSales processes with a focus on efficiency and customer centricity
- Conceptualization and creation of pitch and process videos to effectively showcase our products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Initial experience in the real estate industry, in sales or in a PreSales environment
- Knowledge of our products (e.g. Wodis Yuneo, Wodis Sigma or other digital solutions) is an advantage
- Strong interest in SaaS technologies and in driving digitalization within the real estate industry
- Ability to explain complex topics in a clear and compelling way
- Analytical mindset combined with a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong team orientation and openness to new perspectives
- Willingness to travel approximately 50–60%
- Very good German skills (business fluent) and good English skills
