About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overall responsibility for customer project management
- Leading project meetings, steering committees, and ongoing coordination with clients
- Identifying client needs and advising on digital transformation initiatives
- Analyzing clients' existing systems, processes, and workflows
- Leading and taking responsibility for the implementation and integration of our SaaS product Wodis Yuneo
- Planning and delivering comprehensive technical and professional training
- Building long-term, sustainable customer relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as real estate management or business administration
- Preferably experience as a consultant with expertise in SaaS products
- Solid knowledge of processes in residential property management
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions commonly used in the real estate industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective solutions
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective stakeholder management
- Experience in project management
- Experience with Wodis Sigma or Wodis Yuneo is an advantage
- Very good German and good English language skills
- Willingness to travel (approx. 70%–80%)
